Sealant for Ballast-Filled Tires, Seals Punctures Permanently

Simoniz Sealtite Ballast Boost is a concentrate of ceramic and other fibers which, when added to a liquid ballast, transforms the liquid into a tire sealant. This water based product contains no glues or adhesives. It will not bond to the rubber or the rim.

Using the recommended dosage, tires are protected from multiple punctures for the life of the tire.

Simoniz Sealtite Ballast Boost can be installed with a calcium chloride pump or simply poured into the tire before mounting.

Formulated as an additive to ballast-filled tires. Punctures up to 3/8 inch in diameter in the tread area are quickly sealed; bead and valve leaks are frequently sealed as well.

Simoniz Sealtite Ballast Boost reduces flats by instantly and permanently sealing punctures up to 3/8" in diameter within the tread area. Smaller leaks in the side wall and around the bead and valve are often sealed. Simoniz Sealtite Ballast Boost does not effect breaking down the tire in any way. This water based product contains no glues or adhesives; therefore, it will not bond to the rubber or the rim. It is non-explosive, non-flammable and non-combustible.

Simoniz Sealtite Ballast Boost - when using the recommended dosage, tires are protected from multiple punctures for the life of the tire. Testing in many different vehicles showed a 100% success rate with over 60 punctures. Simoniz Sealtite Ballast Boost can be poured into the tire prior to mounting or added to a ballast-filled tire using a calcium chloride pump. It can be mixed with any liquid ballast solution, before or after the liquid ballast is injected into the tire.

Simoniz Sealtite Ballast Boost is a concentrate of fibers which disperse in the ballast solution, once inside the tire. When a puncture occurs,  the fibers quickly cross hatch and fill the puncture from the inside.
